The Roadhouse is a casual family friendly restaurant owned and operated by a well-known chef, Eric Trites. Seafood, pasta, chops, homemade soups and more, are served by dedicating time and energy to preparing each dish separately. The fresh food served by the Roadhouse of Wilmington, Vermont is prepared using the finest ingredients possible, often locally grown. Chef Eric Trites graduated from culinary school in 1971 and won the Dirona award during his job working as a chef at Hermitage Inn. Chef Trites also won a Wine Spectator Grand Award while serving as a chef at Hermitage Inn. In addition, he serves on the Chamber of Commerce of Mount Snow Valley, putting him in touch with the goals and needs of his local community. The Roadhouse chef uses the best quality ingredients on the market and does his very best to purchase local ingredients when possible. The Roadhouse of Wilmington, Vermont is a favorite among locals and is known for their warm, comfortable environment. From seafood to steaks to pasta to chops, The Roadhouse has something for anyone.
